“Tell a Friend” Referral Rewards Program

Here’s how:

  1. Refer a friend and give us their name
  2. They come in for their first visit to receive services and list you as their referral
  3. Your name will be entered into the quarterly drawing.Their name will be entered as a new patient
  4. The more friends you refer, the greater your chances of winning

Who is eligible:

  • New patients on their first visit for services. As a new patient we would like to thank you choosing us for your dental care by entering your name into the quarterly drawing . Just let us know so we can qualify you and confirm your eligibility. You can then refer others for more chances to win by following the rules above.
  • Current patients who refer us new patients. The new patients must come in for a visit and confirm your name. Each additional qualified referral will earn you more entries into the quarterly drawing. 

*Patients  are entered into the Quarterly Kindle Fire Drawing when a new patient confirms the current patient as their referrer during their first office visit. Stonelake Dental reserves the right to defer this promotion if less than 20 overall referrals are made in a quarter. All current qualified participants will then automatically be entered into the next qualified drawing.
